In an earlier post I reported that the Florida Supreme Court ADR Rules and Policy Committee had filed its Petition to amend Florida’s Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators requesting revisions to the qualifications for mediator certification and other matters. The Petition was filed May 11, 2005. Just yesterday, Oral Argument on the Petition was scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2006. All to say, mark your calendars!
