“Mediating Internationally”

England’s Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution [CEDR] has online tips for lawyers who participate in international mediation. Mediators will find it to be a very useful site which identifies potential sources of impasse as long distances, cultural misunderstandings, political interventions and shifting commercial agenda.
